Common Questions

How do I know if my phone is unlocked?

On iPhone, go to Settings → General → About. Scroll down to "Carrier Lock". If it says "No SIM restrictions", you are unlocked and ready to use Ovosim.

Can I use my physical SIM and eSIM together?

Yes! This is called "Dual SIM." You can keep your physical SIM card in for calls and texts, and use the eSIM for cheap data while traveling.
