How to Add More Data to an eSIM

You can add data to your eSIM at any time. eSIM plans don't expire unless you delete them from your device — you can top up whenever you need more data, even weeks after your original plan was activated.

Good to know: Your eSIM stays installed on your phone permanently until you manually delete it. You don't need to reinstall or scan a new QR code when you top up.


How to Top Up Your eSIM

  1. Log in to your OVOSIM account at ovosim.com
  2. Go to My eSIMs in the navigation menu
  3. Find the eSIM plan you want to top up
  4. Click Top Up next to the plan
  5. Select the data package you want to add and complete the order

The new data will activate on your eSIM automatically — no reinstallation or QR code scan required.


Adding Data in a Different Country

You can also add data for a different destination to the same eSIM. If you are traveling to a new country after your current trip, log in to your account and top up with a plan for your next destination. The new data pack will activate when you arrive in that country.
