After activating your eSIM via QR code on a Google Pixel phone, you may see the following error message:
Couldn't activate service
"There's an issue with your SIM profile. To fix the issue, contact your carrier."

Solution
This error is caused by a known issue with how Google Pixel phones read eSIM QR codes. The fix is straightforward — instead of scanning the QR code, you need to activate the eSIM using the Manual Activation Code.
Easy fix — no new plan needed
You do not need to purchase a new plan. Simply use the Manual Activation Code included in your OvoSIM confirmation email to activate the same plan.
